> when and where

Light is key.  The ideal hours for natural light photography are early morning and 1 hour before sunset.  However, Jennifer does not limit her sessions to only natural light photography.   She enjoys making regular use of off camera strobes to expand her shooting availability for clients busy schedules.  Jennifer combines a mixture of natural light photography and strobes during most of her sessions.  Below you'll see a variety of lighting techniques in Jennifer's arsenal.

A majority of sessions are created at Jennifer's studio, inside and out.  The studio was intentionally designed into Jennifer's home design and the grounds boast 3.5 acres of gorgeous pastoral settings with wild flowers in the summer and a small pond.  Some clients choose to have Jennifer photograph at their home or other special locations.

For an edgy urban feel, down town Westminster has lots of great spots Jennifer loves to shoot.
